1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products, including but not limited to items that feature names, photographs, custom artwork, or any other individualized content.

  • Fresh flowers and any other perishable goods.

2. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details and order information before finalizing their purchase. We are not liable for errors submitted by the customer during the ordering process.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue so that we may assess and resolve the matter appropriately.

4. Discretionary Remedies
Any remedies provided for damaged or defective products (such as replacement or partial refund) will be issued at our sole discretion and do not imply an ongoing obligation to accept returns of similar items in the future.
